3. Intellectual Property

All raw footage and brand materials remain your property. Edited works, templates, and drafts created during the project remain the property of METABOSYNC LTD until full payment is received, after which you receive a license to use the delivered version for your business purposes.

4. Payments and Renewals

Service fees are displayed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. You may cancel or upgrade your plan at any time through direct contact or the provided form.

5. Revisions and Delivery

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revisions as described in the plan details. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, subject to confirmation before proceeding.

6. Liability

We make every effort to deliver accurate and timely work but cannot guarantee that all outputs will meet specific business outcomes. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate collaboration at any time. Upon termination, completed work to date will be billed accordingly, and any unpaid amounts must be settled promptly.
